Mike started his career with a single travel agency almost three decades ago, which he grew into one of the largest privately held travel agencies in the American Southeast. Since then, Mike has acquired an in-depth knowledge of nearly every facet of the Travel industry. In 1995, he founded one of the 1st online travel sties, 11thHourVacations.com and built it into one of the largest online sellers of complex travel. Mike's last role was as the president of Rovia, LLC where he developed the company into a global competitor, earning the World Travel Award for the World's Leading On-line Travel Agency. Mike's understanding of e- commerce, travel distribution, and executive coaching make him uniquely skilled at working without boundaries of size and scope.

Philip Ferri brings nearly 39 years of executive and financial experience in the travel industry in a variety of senior leadership roles. Prior to joining Custom Travel Clubs, Philip served as the VP & CFO of LBF Travel where he managed the rapid financial growth of the company by implementing cloud based accounting systems and developing management reporting systems to manage the business. Prior to LBF Travel, Philip held CFO roles at many big travel companies like Alshamel International, Wandrian Inc., PhoCusWright Inc., One Travel Group Inc. and Direct Travel Inc.

VP, Travel E-Commerce, Operations & Distribution

Paul Kitching is responsible for distribution and technology, international procurement, operations and customer service at Custom Travel Clubs. He has nearly 19 years of experience in Travel Operations & Distribution. Paul was previously the VP, Operations at Rovia, LLC where he was instrumental in building all components of a global OTA and traditional agency, serving multi-location operation and product development.

Eric Ingrand

Head of Sales and Marketing for EMEA

Eric Ingrand has held various Sales and Marketing positions at leading Travel Technology companies such as Amadeus and Worldspan (now Travelport). At Worldspan, he participated in the launch of the first online booking engine and dynamic packaging technologies for customers like Expedia, Lastminute.com and Orbitz.com. In 2007, Eric joined ww.10best.com (now owned by USA Today) to create the ultimate B2B2C ancillary revenue platform for travel agents and travel distributors in partnership with Amadeus. Eric’s multicultural background and passion for all things digital gives him a unique perspective on e-commerce strategies, digital content marketing and business development.
